Hex of Power is an Exotic Powercard in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 6.0. It allows the player to pick from three cards. If the player chooses a Power card, it creates another copy of that Power to add to the deck, after picking the normal Power. It is allowed to copy Unique Powers. After picking a Power, an animation of multiple cards moving to the deck will play, which is visible to both players. It can only be added to Ezili decks.

This card allows the player to create copies of Ultra Rare Powers (especially Bloonsday Device), though this is difficult to perform consistently since it becomes impossible to pick the card if the player draws it through other means.
It's 3 Gold cheaper than her other drawing card, Monkey Summons.

Before Version 6.2, Hex of Power was bugged to not allow the card to be played when the player is at full hand, despite not actually overflowing the player's hand. This is likely due being ported from Archer's Instinct, the internally "default" pick card; it had a bug that prevented its second charge from being played at a full hand, which was also patched in Version 6.2.
