Monkey Academy is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6, introduced in version 48.0. It causes Magic Monkeys to also be treated as Primary, Military and Support towers at the same time, thus benefiting from other Artifacts or Boosts that only work on a certain category of towers, but as a trade-off, it reduces the Range of such towers and also applies penalties to non-Magic towers by reducing their damage and increasing the cost of their upgrades. Higher rarity versions of this Artifact reduce the range penalty which is completely removed at Legendary level and this rarity also reduces the drawbacks to non-Support towers. This Artifact allows Magic towers to damage Dreadbloon during all immunity phases.
When used in combination with artifacts that provides a buff to a certain category but a drawback to another (e.g. Support Specialist), the game will apply both the buff and the drawback at the same time; this is intended behavior[1]. If sacrificed for a Sun Temple or to the True Sun God they will only count as Magic sacrifices.

Raw stat bonuses are always a good choice from Artifacts like Inspiration, Precision and Quickening, Primary Specialist, Squadron Together Strong, Zig Then Zag and Support Specialist.
Other particular synergies include:
- Critical Success, Duckageddon and The Unspoken Heroes has great synergy with the fast attack speed of Super Monkeys and Ninja Monkeys (specially when using Shinobi Tactics). However, caution is advised when using Cold Steel if they can't pop Frozen Bloons.
- Low tier Super Monkeys can benefit a lot from Ceramic Chunker during the early game to clean up the insides of MOABs they pop.
- Ball Lightning and middle path Mermonkeys can freeze Bloons to have an immediate benefit from Crystal Crash.
- Heightened Perception is really useful with Shinobi Tactics / Poplust spam so their buffs have longer range and Sticky Bombs also use them to follow Boss Bloons for longer.
- Primal Instinct is used to boost the rate at which Alchemists deploy their buff potions, but it might also be counterproductive with Lead / Rubber to Gold as Last is usually a better targeting for them. Robo Monkey can set one of its weapons to Close to benefit from this Artifact and use the other one on a more favorable targeting option.
