Critical Success is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It grans Primary Monkeys a 1 in 10 chance of getting a Crit and deal a large amount of damage, which increases with the rarity of the artifact, but in exchange, they have their attack cooldown increased by 50% which results in a overall drop of –33% in attack speed. Taking into account both the Crit chance and the attack speed drop, the average overall damage of the affected towers will increase by +20% with the Rare version and +33% with the Legendary, approximately. This Artifact does not have a Common version.

Players should exercise caution when picking this artifact as the reduced attack speed can make the towers completely unreliable against fast Bloons despite the overall increase in damage. Like with other artifacts that grant Crit chances, this artifact has synergy with buffs to the attack speed. BB Gatling Gun, Primary Specialist are some Artifacts that can help with the lower attack speed alongside Primary Quickening boosts.
Unification can also be used to obtain more speed boosts from other categories (ex. Too Many Cooks, Support Specialist) but unless the Legendary version is obtained, the player can end in a worse position than before due having another penalty to the attack speed.
To test this artifact players can enter a Bloon Encounter or Final Boss and play the first round, if the Bloons surpass the defensive setup and leak, the player can return to the menu before losing and drop this Artifact before trying again, this is specially important if Essence Of Dreadbloon is in the inventory as it will affect all towers.
It is recommended to skip this Artifact completely if the player uses Primary Monkeys as support rather than DPS with towers like Embrittlement or Glue Gunners.
