Strategy

Razor Rotors struggles to have sufficient group-popping for its cost, due to its low pierce; aside from transitioning to Apache Dartship it is only necessary in Monkey Teams for popping Camo Leads with Enhanced IFR Instruments added. Many other lead-popping sources are cheaper and have better DPS or have utilities. Avoid Pursuit targeting, as it's actively detrimental to the point that it often chases and misses Leads.
