Dual Layer Blades is the Bloonchipper's path 1 tier 3 upgrade in mobile version of Bloons Monkey City. It allows the chipper to deal 2 damage to each Bloon it fully shreds. It does not impact the rate at which Ceramic Bloons are shredded.

Strategy

Dual Layer Blades makes it more consistent against Regrows by skipping more layers, but it does not address its still poor grouped damage, and its lack of improvement against Ceramics causes it to be quickly overrun once Ceramics arrive. Hence, it's mostly a transition upgrade to Super Wide Funnel.
