Monkey Intelligence Bureau is the Monkey Village's path 2 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. Flash version of Bloons Monkey Citymultiplatform version of Bloons Monkey City; this affects all except Spike Factory besides Spike Storm.

Strategy
On the Flash version of Bloons Monkey City, MIB is most useful against DDT tiles, allowing all towers to hit them. MIB with Jungle Drums can also enable an Arctic Wind to cleanup all Bloon types on its own, due to the re-freeze mechanic on flash.
On the multiplatform version of Bloons Monkey City, due to DDTs not having lead or black properties, and Ice Monkeys not having re-freeze, this upgrade is more niche. Instead, players can abuse the damage type oversight and spam Juggernauts around an MIB to deal massive MOAB and Ceramic damage.
