MOAB Assassin is the Bomb Shooter's path 2 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. It provides an Activated Ability that deals 1000 damage to the strongest MOAB-Class Bloon on screen, which will instantly destroy a MOAB or BFB, but not a ZOMG. On the Flash version of Bloons Monkey City, the ability soaks through all layers.
