Divine Intervention is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It grants Super Monkeys and Adora a very small chance for their projectiles to become critical shots that deal ×1500 damage to Bloons, and it adds a 0-0-0 Super Monkey to the Party, the probability increases with the rarity of the artifact. Adora starts with the common version of this Artifact.
Strategy
Like Adora, this Artifact shines in the lategame, when the player has access to upgrades to the attack speed to make this effect happen more often. Like with other artifacts that grant Crit chances, this artifact has synergy with buffs to the attack speed, Magic Quickening and BB Gatling Gun are the only direct attack speed Artifacts available to boost Super Monkeys, but others can be used via Essence Of Dreadbloon like Primary and Support Specialist.
Although all paths benefit from this artifact, the top path has better synergy with it as Sun Avatars launch more projectiles than The Anti-Bloon and Legend of the Night, making Sun Avatars with or without Adora a strong option against Mini and Final Bosses and a viable CHIMPS Endless strategy that can keep up with Velociraptors and Druids of Wrath with Growing Steady, although is rarely used due its much higher initial cost.
If the player can save enough cash, a Sun Temple with at least maximum Magic and Support sacrifices (Military is also recommended for this purpose) is the most powerful DPS tower which can be reasonably obtained in the game, even surpassing Paragons, Druids and Velociraptors, this massive increase in damage happens because all the attacks of the Temple, including the ones from Mini Sun Avatars and Mini Spectres can also Crit, however affording a Temple and its sacrifices is probably only possible on Mini Bosses and in stages 20 or higher of an endless campaign, as is the point where the games are long enough to allow enough farming.
Players should avoid using this artifact as their main source of DPS against Bloon Encounters during the early game as it is extremely unreliable due the low chances of the Crit happening, but might have niche uses against Final Bosses if the player is lucky enough.
