The Frag Bomb Shooter is a Primary Monkey card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 4.0. When it attacks, it deals splash damage, dealing damage equal to its Attack Power to the Bloons before and after it on the opponent's Bloon track.

- Frag Bomb Shooter is most effective against large groups of Bloons. In the presence of external buffs, it synergizes very well.
- Unlike most Bomb Shooters, Frag Bomb Shooter lacks Armor Piercing.
