Permafrost is the Ice Monkey's path 2 tier 1 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. It slows all affected Bloons by 50%, which can be improved with Monkey Knowledge.

Strategy

Permafrost is beneficial in strategies involving clumping Bloons, which helps to maximize pierce usage of high pierce towers such as Bomb Shooters. It can also be used to slow down Ceramics, particularly the children from MOABs, giving more time for towers to pop them.
