Quincy is a Hero in Bloons TD Battles 2. He is unlocked at the start of the game.

Abilities

Rapid Shot

Rapid Shot is unlocked at level 3. It triples Quincy's attack speed for a short time, lasting for 2 seconds at level 3 and increasing by 0.5 seconds per level above 3. It has a 45-second cooldown and no initial cooldown. Starting at level 15, it quadruples Quincy's attack speed instead of tripling it and its cooldown is reduced to 35 seconds.
