The MOAB Dominator is a Primary Monkey card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 2.0. When played, a menu appears to target any Large Bloon on screen to increase its delay by 2. If no Large Bloons are on screen, the on-play effect is ignored.
Tips
- MOAB Dominator is typically best when timed against a threatening Large Bloon, befitting to its name. Naturally, pulling out the MOAB Dominator would be done at the mid-to-late game stages regardless, because of its high ammo and Attack Power with less reload than the Super Monkey.
- If a certain blimp is threatening, a Return to Sender can be used to re-play its On Play effect.
