Due its low chance of applying effects and the inability of affect MOAB-Class Bloons, this Artifact does not provide an useful or reliable way to stall Bloons as [[Ice Monkey (BTD6)|Ice Monkeys]] or [[Glue Gunner (BTD6)|Glue Gunners]] will do a better job than any Desperado for Freeze and Glue effects and artifacts like [[Dazing Frostburn]] and [[Enchanted Rebuttal]] or towers like [[Druid of the Storm (BTD6)|Druid of the Storm]] provide stun / pushback of small Bloons without having to get the favorable roll of a 10% chance.
 
This Artifact should only be obtained if the player wishes to add a Desperado to the Party and afterwards it can be sold at a Merchant without consequences.
