Ability Ban is an Exotic Power card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 2.0. It prevents both the player and the opponent from using their Hero's abilities, including passive abilities, until the end of the player's next turn, when the player presses the "end turn" button. This card can be played while the effect is still active, though nothing happens other than consuming the card and Gold.
