Armored is an Exotic Power card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 4.0. When played, Dreadbloon gains +10 Armored, with an extra +5 per Phase, starting with a total of +15 and a maximum of +30. This card is exclusive to Dreadbloon and is not found in the Collection.
When played, Dreadbloon shakes and gains a thick clay layer on its body (if it didn't have it already), similarly to the card artwork. The layer is lost when it's armor is pierced.
Tips
This section was last updated for: version 5.1
- Dreadbloon's Armor slightly reduces chip damage, especially from direct hits via Monkeys. It also punishes players who only rely on weak bloon spam.
- If doing an aggro strategy and wanting to maximize score, send weak bloons early, avoid slow cheap bloons (e.g. Red Bloon), and use single-target HP-boosters (e.g. Fortify, Booster Bloon, Improved Fortification).
- Use Armor-Piercing Monkeys such as Bomb Shooter to break open Dreadbloon's Armor. However, mind that Rock Bloons must be popped before any Monkey can target Dreadbloon.
