Your Necromancer makes the Bloon on turn end, no delay reduction here, opponent battles the Bloon, then you start your turn, the Bloon remains 1 delay when you begin the turn, then end your turn to reduce delay of that Bloon, the opponent fights the same Bloon a second time, and you start your turn again and the Bloon is still there! Isn't it that humilating? |

The Necromancer is a Magic Monkey card in Bloons Card Storm. Instead of attacking, it heals up to 25 health for a random damaged Bloon on the player's side at the start of each turn and summons an Undead Bloon at the end of each turn.
Tips
This section was last updated for: version 5.2
- Version 5.0 killed any viability for Necromancer to be a meaningful rusher for its cost, as each Undead Bloon has 2 delay relative to the opponent, essentially a Swarm Blue Bloon for the cost of 5 Gold to place the Necromancer. It used to be good for burn decks.
- Because it provides no defensive value, players using a Necromancer are more susceptible against bloon rushes.
- Note that Necromancer will constantly produce bloons; this can prevent strategies that take advantage of a lack of bloons. For instance, Spike-o-Pult will always have a constant source of scaling, and Cash Drop Sniper for constant income.
- Zee Jay has good synergy from Necromancer by ensuring he always makes Rad Tokens after every round (unless the queue is full).
Update history
- Description changed
Before On Turn End: Summon an Undead Bloon. On Turn Start: Heals a random damaged ally Bloon for 25 After On Turn End: Summon an Undead Bloon.
On Turn Start: Heal a random friendly Bloon for 25
Cost reduced ― 7 → 5
Bloons summoned at the end of a turn no longer decrement their delay on the same turn (undocumented)
On Turn End: Summoned Bloon changed ― Undead Bloon → Zombie Blue Bloon
- Note: Description updated accordingly
On Turn End: summoned Bloons now have their delay reduced after summoning
Now displays the On Turn End keyword
