Dread Shield is an Exotic Power card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 4.0. It grants 150 shield to Dreadbloon, plus an extra +50 shield per phase, starting with +200 shield and up to +350. This card is exclusive to Dreadbloon and is not available in the Collection.
Tips
This section was last updated for: version 4.4
- Dread Shield is not too problematic, as it just means you'll need to deal more damage to Dreadbloon, usually from Bloons or Monkeys. But this card can be a problem in early rounds if wanting to achieve a non-zero score.
- Note that some cards don't trigger their effects if intercepted by a shield, such as Strike Bloon's heal per damage.
- Shields Down! can neutralise Dreadbloon's shield gain, but is expensive and should only be done for late phases.
