Heartstopper is an Advanced Power card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 6.0. It removes Camo, Regrow, and Armor from a target Bloon from any player, then does 40 damage to it. It can target any type of Bloon, even if it doesn't have those properties. It can only be added to Ezili decks.
The card artwork portrays Ezili triggering a spell that blasts various Bloons, including a Camo Green, Regrow Yellow, Lead Bloon, Regrow Blue, and Camo Red.
Tips

- Heartstopper is a niche card that is mainly for anti-property tech. Since most Camo, Regrow, and Armored Bloons aren't particularly threatening and can be countered in many other ways, this card is not recommended. It can be an okay option with the 40 damage if needed for the anti-property tech, and it has some small use for anti-Aggro even without those specific Bloons.
- Aggro decks tend to prefer propertyless Bloon swarms or special Bloons that Heartstopper can't affect (e.g. Steady Growth Bloon, Double Yellow Bloon), and only a few late-game Bloons (specifically The Regenerator, Lead Zeppelin, and DDT) have particularly threatening Bloon properties that Heartstopper can affect (Camo, Regrow, or Armored).
- Targeting own Bloons with Heartstopper is not recommended unless wanting to force the opponent to only target specific Camo Bloons in a board with only Camos, and even that's not justifiable.
Update history
Now deals 40 damage to target- Can now target any Bloon instead of just targets with Camo, Regrow, and/or Armored
Development
Heartstopper was changed to deal damage since the Version 6.2 playtests due to many of the community playtesters deeming it one of the worst cards in the game,[1] and just giving Ezili more anti-aggro strength.[1]
