Amelia the Amazing is a Hero in Bloons Card Storm. She can be unlocked from the Store by purchasing her for  2,000 or by purchasing the Amelia Hero Bundle or Amelia Mega Bundle for real money.

Amelia uses magic tricks to activate a variety of effects. She can shield her side's Bloons, reduce the cost of Power cards, and disrupt the opponent.

• Bloon Shield gives 30 Shield to the last Bloon at the end of each turn. This effect is applied after On Fire deals damage.
• Act of Power reduces the cost of the next Power card the player plays by 4 Gold, to a minimum of 0. Amelia cannot activate Act of Power again if it is still active.
• Grand Disappearance removes a target Monkey from play, similar to Bed Time.
