Wacky Wibbly Wavey is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It decreases attack cooldown but causes all Heli Pilot projectiles to travel in a fixed, wave-like motion. Additionally, the Common version of this Artifact grants a 1-1-0 Heli Pilot, changed to 2-1-0 Heli for the Rare and 2-0-0 Heli for the Legendary.
Strategy
It's a tradeoff for increased attack speed over accuracy for the Heli Pilot, while potentially granting a Heli in the party. The wave-like motion prevents reliable sniping of bloons in straightline directions.
Compared to most other Artifacts, this is a low priority, unless specifically wanting to take advantage of Heli Pilot.
