Tokens are a currency used to craft cards in Bloons Card Storm. The type of tokens required to craft a card depends on its class, and the number of tokens it costs depends on its rarity. Universal Tokens can be used to craft any class of card. Tokens are obtained from the Store, by completing Quest and feats, and by leveling up.

The amount of tokens the player has can be seen in the Inventory menu. The player can hold up to 30,000 Tokens of each class in their Inventory, and any additional Tokens obtained while at the limit are discarded. There is no known limit to the amount of Universal Tokens that can be stored.

The player can craft up to three copies of a card, except for cards with the Unique keyword, which only allow one copy to be crafted. If the maximum number of copies of a card are already obtained, then any additional copies are automatically disenchanted into Universal Tokens equal to one-sixth of the card's crafting cost. (Due to what appears to be an oversight, copies obtained through gift codes are not disenchanted even if the player is at the card limit, allowing them to hold more copies than is normally allowed.)
