Cats Meow is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC of Bloons TD 6. It sets maximum amount of lives to 9, but now any time a Bloon leaks, only 1 life will be lost, regardless of which type of Bloon reached the exit. After the end of each round, lives are regenerated, gaining more for higher rarities. The lives mechanics do not work when No Lives Curse is active or against Boss Bloons. Additionally, the Rare version of this Artifact grants a 0-0-3 Bomb Shooter and the Legendary version grants a 0-0-4 Bomb Shooter. This Artifact does not have a Common variant.
Strategy
This Artifact can be used to safely leak MOAB-Class Bloons if the player doesn't have enough DPS to deal with them, but caution is advised if the outer layer of the Bloon is popped near the exit as it will cause losing several lives at once instead of one. Also is important to have cleanup towers as a small number of weak Bloons can easily consume the 9 lives. Towers and abilities that grant extra lives will only restore to the maximum of 9 and Ezili won't be able to use her Sacrificial Totem until she reaches level 16, when the cost is changed from 10 lives to 1.
The added Cluster Bombs or Recursive Cluster are both beneficial for popping large groups of bloons. For early stages, the Recursive is important for Smudge Catt's starting party, serving as this party's only reliable direct popping power. Both transition into Bomb Blitz, which reduces the need to leak lives to weak Bloons.
Towards the extreme late stages of Rogue Legends, the value of Cats Meow becomes much more, as this artifact remains among the only ways to leak whole BADs safely.

- This Artifact is a reference to the superstition that cats have nine lives. The 0-0-3 or 0-0-4 Bomb Shooter Insta Monkey it adds may be in reference to Cluster Bombs shooting nine bombs per shot (the main bomb and eight cluster bombs).
