It increases the number of bananas the Banana Farm generates per round from 2 to 3 (from 4 to 6 in the Flash version), effectively increasing the amount of cash it generates per round from $80 to $120 ($180 on the flash version)). When crosspathed with Monkey Bank or Banana Investments Advisory, it increases the number of cash packets generated per round by 4, effectively increasing the cash generated per round by $40.

A solid boost of cash per round for not much cost. It is always worth buying once affordable, but not as efficient as Banana Plantation with enough MK. So, it's good to buy it and then Plantation.
