Bubble Time! is a Basic Powercard in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 2.0. It allows the player to draw three cards and choose one to add to their hand. If the player chooses a Power card, their Hero and a random Bloon on the player's board (if one exists) gains 50 Shield. The other card is sent to the bottom of the deck. It can only be used in Amelia the Amazing decks.
Cheaper than For My Next Trick while having more card choices, but is an Uncommon. Thus, it's a decent Amelia drawing card for midrange, especially with the added shields if a power is picked.
