Ability Ban is an Exotic Power card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 2.0. It prevents both the player and the opponent from using their Hero's abilities, including passive abilities, until the end of the player's next turn, when the player presses the "end turn" button. This card can be played while the effect is still active, though nothing happens other than consuming the card and Gold.
Tips

- Ability Ban can be used in combo decks to shut down Adora in the late game. This is particularly handy when going against Adora and your deck heavily involves OTK strategies.
- Players can combine with multiple Quick Ready on the same turn as an Ability Ban to prevent the opponent from defending against rushes, especially against Adora's Sun Shield.
- You can use Ability ban to force players to use strong power cards like Super Monkey Storm, or Spike Storm!.
- There's often not much point to equipping more than one Ability Ban in a deck, as its main strength is in conjunction with a finisher, and the card has too many downsides elsewhere.
