One Shot is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It doubles the attack cooldown of Sniper Monkeys but gives them a 1 in 5 chance to Crit, multiplying their damage by 10× / 14× / 20×. It also adds a 1-1-0 / 2-1-0 / 2-2-0 Sniper to the party. The player unlocks the Rare variant by default.

This Artifact is an overall boost in damage (+40%, +80% and +140% increase in average damage output, depending on the rarity), but it comes at a huge cost, making the Snipers incapable of handling the waves of small Bloons, which is especially noticeable with the top and middle paths. Because of this it is not recommended to use Snipers as the main defense and instead using them as a source of damage against single targets with high health like Bosses, and it is recommended that Snipers are upgraded to x-x-3 and further.
Players should avoid using this Artifact alongside Rubber Bullets as they both have anti-synergy with each other: first, the damage penalty from Rubber Bullets makes the Crit damage irrelevant as even a 2-0-0 Large Calibre Sniper will have a higher damage output; and second, the reduction of attack speed of One Shot makes the stalling done by Rubber Bullets less reliable.
