Heartstopper is an Advanced Power card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 6.0. It removes Camo, Regrow, and Armor from a target Bloon. It cannot target Bloons that don't have any of these properties. It can only be added to Ezili decks.
The card artwork portrays Ezili triggering a spell that blasts various Bloons, including a Camo Green, Regrow Yellow, Lead Bloon, Regrow Blue, and Camo Red.
