Bloon Buster is the Mortar Monkey's path 1 tier 3 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. Its damage increases from 1 to 2. Its blast radius increases from 90 units to 98 units (roughly 8.8% larger), except in the mobile version due to an oversight involving changes made to its parameters when Monkey Knowledge was added to the game. In the multiplatform version, its layer-skipping cannot bypass Black and Zebra Bloons.
