Ring Of Fire (parsed Ring of Fire in the Flash version) is the Tack Shooter's path 1 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. Instead of tacks, it shoots flame rings quicker that pop up to 60 Bloons per shot. In the multiplatform version of Bloons Monkey City, each shot does 2 damage but doesn't soak multiple Bloon layers, while in the Flash version of Bloons Monkey City it does 1 damage.

The editor who added this notice elaborates: Test viability on flash as a cleanup tower, as its much better there. Check use case of RoF over MIB for Lead masses mixed with Ceramics (pineapples won't really help here)

On the multiplatform version of Bloons Monkey City, due to the damage not passing through layers and the much slower attack speed, plus higher cost, this tower simply worse at cleanup than buffed Tack Sprayers and Blade Maelstrom if Leads are handled elsewhere. It falls apart against Ceramics, lacks pierce against dense rushes, and can only hit Bloons 4–5 times before they leave its range on most lane formats. Versus Leads, much cheaper options like Rapid Reload Mortar are far more efficient. Its only use case here is when Monkey Teams has no other option on restrictive terrains (e.g. Ninja-Engi-Tack on River Terrain) or no other member has reliable Lead popping (e.g. Tack-Ace), but, until then, road item Pineapples are a better option against early Leads.

The range crosspaths are helpful for Ring of Fire to potentially hit Bloons more times, except on the Flash version where they don't improve the radius of the fire attack, which makes them redundant.
