Banana Investments Advisory is the Banana Farm's path 2 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. In the multiplatform version, it increases its cash generation to 100 packets of $10 per round, increases its interest from 10% per round to 20%, and increases its capacity from $5,000 to $20,000. In the Flash version, it increases its cash generation to 50 packets of $30 per round and increases its capacity from $7,500 to $30,000. Crosspathing with More Bananas increases the number of cash packets generated per round from 100 to 104 (50 to 52 in the Flash version), and Banana Plantation further increases it from 104 to 118 (52 to 59 in the Flash version).

With Monkey Knowledge on Banana Farm, the BIA provides additional benefits:

• Ranks 4, 9, and 14: Interest in its bank account increases by 2% from the original amount (22%, 24%, 26%)
• Ranks 5, 10, and 15: With at least one Monkey Bank or above, the current cash stored at the end of the round is increased by 2%, 4%, or 6%. This effect doesn't stack with other Banks.

Strategy

Due to the lowered amount of rounds compared to Bloons TD 5, the BIA's slow reinvestment speed and high cumulative costs makes it not worth the purchase. With Rank 5+ Monkey Knowledge, this upgrade is redundant, as the interest on the cash on hand is immediately added to the cash total, not placed into the bank as interest. The money invested into BIA is better spent into Banana Research Facilities instead.

Trivia

• This is the only tier 4 upgrade that does not require a Special Building to be built. Internally, it requires a Monkey Bank building to be built, but it is impossible to not have this building since the player always starts with one and the last Monkey Bank cannot be destroyed.
