What In Tarnation is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6, introduced in version 49.0. It grants all Desperados a chance to stun, freeze, and glue Bloons, grants all Desperados except those upgraded to Enforcer and above a chance for them to up to 3 fire additional shots, and adds a Desperado to the party. The chance to fire additional shots, the damage those shots deal, and the upgrades on the added Desperado all depend on the rarity.

Tips

This article or section is outdated and needs to be updated to reflect recent updates or newly available information. You can help out by editing this article. The editor who added this notice elaborates: Reworked in 56.0, still incomplete

This section was last updated for: version 56.0

• A somewhat usable Artifact. Note that due its low chance of applying effects, the inability to affect MOAB-Class Bloons, and Desperado receiving less from speed buffs, this Artifact does not provide a useful or reliable way to stall Bloons.
  • Ice Monkeys or Glue Gunners will do a better job than any Desperado for Freeze and Glue effects, and artifacts like Dazing Frostburn and Enchanted Rebuttal or towers like Druid of the Storm provide stun / pushback of small Bloons without having to get the favorable roll of a 10% chance.
• This Artifact should only be obtained if the player wishes to add a Desperado to the Party and afterwards it can be sold at a Merchant without consequences.
• Players seeking Deadeye can choose this Artifact.
