Rosalia is a Hero in Bloons TD 6, introduced in version 43.0.
Mechanics
Weapon switching
Unlocked at level 2, Rosalia gains a targeting option to switch between her Laser and Grenade attacks, with a 2-second cooldown. Hotkey is Monkey Special 2.
Adrenaline Rush
Rosalia at Level 4 and above has a speed boost that improves her attack rate by +0.5% (additive) per bloon that has its dead center in her own attack radius, up to a cap of +20% (meaning 1.2 times attack frequency). The cap is increased to +30% (1.3 times) at Level 11, then +40% (1.4 times) at Level 17.
Aircraft Efficiency
Rosalia at Level 6 and above provides a 5% discount to the purchase and upgrades of Monkey Aces and Heli Pilots in range of her workshop.
Guardian Automaton
At Level 20, Rosalia provides a 30% discount to Anti-Bloon if the latter is within range of Rosalia's workshop.
