Cyber Quincy is a Hero Alt of Quincy in Bloons TD Battles 2. He costs  2,000 and 40000 Hero Points quincy to unlock.

Cyber Quincy attacks by firing cybernetic arrows at Bloons that ricochet to nearby Bloons, hitting up to 4 Bloons per arrow, and can pass through line of sight blockers. As he levels up, he gains access to the Cyber Shot ability, which increases his pierce and range and slightly increases his attack speed for a short time, the ability to shoot EMP arrows that deal plasma damage in a small blast radius, and the Cyber Storm ability, which heavily damages Bloons within a small area from anywhere on the map. Compared to Quincy, he's more focused on pierce and damage than attack speed.

3	Cyber Shot: Pierce, speed, and range increase for a short time
4	Slightly longer range.
5	Uses his sharp eye sight to shoot Camo bloons.
6	Shoots 2 arrows at a time.
7	Fires EMP arrows every 3rd shot that explode with plasma damage.
8	Arrows do 3 damage to MOAB class bloons.
9	Base attack bounces to up to 8 targets.
10	Cyber Storm: A concentrated surge of cyber arrows rains down from above.
11	Arrows do increased damage.
12	Each arrow gets +1 pierce
13	Small range increase.
14	Arrows do more damage to MOAB class bloons.
15	Cyber Shot gains an extra 15 pierce and cooldown is reduced.
16	Arrows do increased damage.
17	Arrows last 25% longer, fires EMP arrows every 2nd shot.
18	Cyber Quincy attacks faster and Cyber Storm has a reduced cooldown and more damaging arrows.
19	Shoots 3 arrows at a time, each with more popping power.
20	Cyber Storm deals significantly more damage per arrow.
