Bubble Time! is a Basic Power card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 2.0. It allows the player to draw three cards and choose one to add to their hand. If the player chooses a Power card, the hero gains 50 shield. The other card is sent to the bottom of the deck. It can only be used in Amelia the Amazing decks.
