MOAB Assassin is the Bomb Shooter's path 2 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. It grants an Activated Ability that launches a seeking missile projectile at the strongest Bloon on-screen, including non-MOAB-Class Bloons, and passes through Bloons that are not the target. It deals heavy damage to the target Bloon and spawns an explosion that deals 3 damage to up to 40 nearby Bloons. Its mechanics and cooldown depend on the version.

In the mobile version, the missile deals 750 damage to the target on contact (375 if it is a Boss Bloon), which does not soak through layers. The explosion's damage does soak through, but it cannot damage Black Bloons, Zebra Bloons, or DDTs. It has a 30-second cooldown.

In the Flash version, the ability deals 750 damage if the target is a ZOMG (despite what its description states), or 375 damage if it is a Boss Bloon, and can soak through layers; for all other Bloons, it simply destroys the target's outer layer regardless of how much health it has. While it also fires a projectile in this version, the damage to the target is dealt instantly upon activating the ability and the projectile is only used for spawning the damaging explosion. The explosion can damage DDTs, but not Black Bloons or Zebra Bloons. It has a 45-second cooldown.
