Pre-emptive Strike is an Exotic Power card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 4.0. It destroys the next Bloon the opponent plays (not the Storm). If the player plays additional copies of this card before the first usage triggers, it still triggers only once.
Tips
- Pre-emptive Strike discourages opponents from sending strong bloons. If possible, send a weak bloon to ensure the card is wasted, or a card with a powerful On Destroyed effect, such as The Eternal or Volatile Bloon.
