The Transformed Monkey is a classless Monkey card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 4.0. It is only created by Total Transformation Monkey and is not found in the Collection.

When it attacks, it summons an Acid Pool on the space the target Bloon occupies. The Acid Pool does 30 damage and lingers on track until it does damage twice.

Tips

Have a full Monkey board to take advantage of the Total Transformation Monkey.
Compared to the parent Total Transformation Monkey, the Transformed Monkey does more potential damage per shot from the Acid Pools (50 + potential 30 for two turns for a total of 110 damage), though the Total Transformation Monkey has better DPT since it has double the Ammo and 1 reload.
