The Lead to Gold Monkey is a Magic Monkey card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 4.0. When it attacks, it removes all Armor from the target Bloon before dealing damage. If the target had Armor, it generates up to 2 Gold.

• If the opponent has plenty of Bloons with Armored properties, Lead to Gold makes Gold efficiently. Otherwise it's just a non-Military Sniper Monkey with 20 less Attack Power.
• There is counterplay to the Lead to Gold Alchemist. It has 2 reload, so it can't make money every round, and if the opponent doesn't spend much then the extra Gold would be useless.
• Lead to Gold Monkey does enough damage to one-shot Rock Bloons, and versus Stage 1 Dreadbloon (which always gives Armor to Rock Bloons), it is a reliable income source. It can also generate Gold from Dreadbloon itself if it has Armor, even while Immunity is active.
