Parting Gift is an Exotic Powercard in Bloons Card Storm. It causes a target Monkey on the player's side to deal damage to all Bloons on the opponent's side based on its ATK, ignoring ammo costs and On Attack effects, then removes the target Monkey from play.
Not many Monkeys have enough base ATK for Parting Gift to be worth it as a last ditch board clear, in exchange for removing one of your friendly Monkeys. However, if placed on a high-damage Monkey, such as a Bomb Shooter, it could save yourself for a few more turns.
For comparison, Thunder Druid's On Play effect does 80 damage for 7 Gold. Besides damage-ramping Monkeys, few Monkeys have 80 or more base damage. Among those, Bomb Shooter is the most economic.
A scaled Monkey such as Spike-o-Pult or Wizard Monkey with lots of buffs can be used as a last resort, but their high stats are generally better for sustained defense.
Like Favored Trade, Parting Gift will open up a Monkey slot for Expert Negotiator. However, this combo is quite expensive, costing 11 Gold in a single turn.
With an empty Monkey slot, combining Expert Negotiator into Parting Gift on the stolen Monkey allows the player to defend against the opponent's high-HP swarms in a single turn while preventing the opponent from stealing back that stolen Monkey.
If the player uses other powerful monkeys, the freed slots can let the opponent steal one of those monkeys.
Parting Gift can be used in a Zee Jay deck to buff the target Monkey with Rad Enhancements to deal even more damage with Parting Gift. It can be buffed further with Stylish Finish, though this setup is even more gimmicky since it requires having this card, Stylish Finish, and enough Gold, Bloontonium, and Rad Tokens at once to execute.
