Absolute Ability is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It reduces the cooldown time of Activated Abilities in exchange for increasing the attack cooldown of all attacks by 10% (effectively reducing attack speed by 9%). Higher rarity versions of this Artifact reduce the ability cooldown even further while the attack speed penalty remains unchanged.
