Compared to ULTRA Rare Power, that card was buffed in a different manner to avoid duplicating scope, giving a new niche that lets it draw more Ultra Rares instead of having a better early-game potential.[1] A proposal to make ULTRA Rare Power cost less but do nothing to In Our Darkest Hour was rejected, citing that former card is more purposeful for cycling through Ultra Rares, while the latter is niche for tutoring specific Ultra Rare Monkeys in faster-paced decks.[2]
