Abilities

Rapid Shot

Rapid Shot is gained at Level 3. It triples Quincy's attack frequency for 8 seconds. Its cooldown is 60 seconds.

At Level 13, the duration is increased to 12 seconds. Level 15 shortens the cooldown to 45 seconds and has Rapid Shot instead quadruple Quincy's attack frequency.

Storm of Arrows

Storm of Arrows is gained at Level 10. For 3 seconds, Quincy fires a shower of arrows in a 100 unit radius centering around his designated target from infinite range upon activation, with a 5% chance per frame (rehit cooldown 0.05 seconds) of hitting each target within the shower of arrows every 0.05 seconds with infinite Pierce. The damage is 6 by default, which is doubled against blimps. Damage type is Sharp.

Level 18 improves the chance of hitting per frame to 7.5%, and additionally adds 18 Damage against Ceramics (a total of 24). Level 20 improves the default damage to 10 with blimp damage proportionally increased, in addition to increasing the hit chance to 10% the Ceramic bonus to 24 (for a total of 34).

The cooldown is 70 seconds, shortened to 55 at Level 18.
