Shoots mortar shells 3x as fast. Pop And Awe Ability: bombards the screen for 5 seconds, popping every bloon 1 time per second, and immobilizes all bloons during that time. Does not affect MOAB-class bloons.

Artillery Battery is the Mortar Monkey's path 2 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. It reduces the Mortar Monkey's attack cooldown from 1.61 seconds to 0.52 seconds, more than tripling its attack speed, and grants the Pop And Awe Activated Ability, which inflicts all Bloons on-screen a Burny Stuff-like damage over time effect that deals 1 damage per second for 5 seconds, as well as stunning all non-Boss Bloons. It stuns regular Bloons and MOABs for 5 seconds, BFBs for 2 seconds, and ZOMGs for 0.5 seconds. In the Flash version, it stuns DDTs for 0.5 seconds, while in the multiplatform version, it stuns them for 5 seconds. This ability has a 45-second cooldown.

The description in the Flash version erroneously states that it does not affect MOAB-Class Bloons.
