Amelia the Amazing is a Hero in Bloons Card Storm. She was first announced in the "Bloons Card Storm Developer Diary - September 19th" post on r/bloonscardstorm.

Amelia has three abilities, each offering unique gameplay:

• Her first ability is Bloon Shield, a Passive Ability which gives 30 Shield to the last Bloon at the end of each turn.
• Her second ability, Act of Power, a Minor Ability that reduces the cost of the next Power Card the player plays by 4 Gold.
• Her third ability is Grand Disappearance, a Major Ability that removes a target Monkey, just like the Shrink card but without the useless Baby Monkey.
