The Arcane Master is a Magic Monkey card in Bloons Card Storm. When it attacks, it fires two additional projectiles at up to two random Bloons on the opponent's side. Multiple projectiles cannot target the same Bloon, and if there are less than three Bloons on the opponent's side, it will only fire as many projectiles as there are Bloons it can target. Unlike most Monkey card effects, the additional projectiles are also considered "attacks" and thus can have their Attack Power be buffed by effects like Gwendolin's Heat It Up or the Monkey Village. Additionally, when this Monkey reloads after the start of turn card draw and if the player's hand is not full, it adds a Yellow Bloon card with only one charge to the player's hand.
Tips
- Like Triple Shot, Arcane Master is best used if there are multiple bloons on screen. However, unless there are three or fewer bloons on the opponent's side, you must account for randomness.
- Because all its projectiles gain extra damage, it synergizes very well with damage boosts such as Gwendolin's Heat It Up or the Monkey Village.
- The extra Yellow Bloon upon reloading the Arcane Master can allow you to constantly supply your hand with Bloon cards. You can use that Yellow Bloon to apply minor pressure to the opponent and/or give Bloontonium for your Hero.

Trivia
- If an Expert Negotiator steals an Arcane Master, the card back for its generated Yellow Bloons will inherit its original owner.
