Spectre is the Monkey Ace's path 1 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. It replaces the seeking darts from Neva-Miss Targeting with a new attack that rapidly fires a stream of projectiles at targeted Bloons, alternating between shooting darts and bombs. It aims at the closest Bloons to the aircraft, but its shots do not have seeking properties. Strategy
A solid tower for the late game and excels at grouped MOAB popping power, saving up to this can well reward the player by clearing the rest of the Bloons on the tile being captured. While there can be better options for single target ZOMG damage, it's still a strong enough upgrade that it can be used almost anywhere.
One can also use the Monkey Fort bug to effectively double the damage of the explosives.
