Powerful Slowing Totem is a Basic Power card in Bloons Card Storm. It increases the Delay of all Bloons on the opponent's side by 1. It can only be used in Obyn Greenfoot decks.
Tips
This section was last updated for: version 3.2
- If there are many slow-moving bloons, especially swarms of Large Bloons, you can use the Powerful Slowing Totem to give you just enough rounds to save yourself. You could use the extra round to stall so the opponent may lose first, or wait for your slower Monkeys to reload.
- Like Glue Storm, you can stall the opponent's bloons and/or Bloons spawned by Red Bloon Apopalypse to prevent the opponent or the Storm from playing Bloons.
