Absolute Ability is a type of Artifact in the Rogue Legends DLC for Bloons TD 6. It reduces the cooldown time of Activated Abilities in exchange of increasing the attack cooldown of all attacks by 10% (resulting in an overall decrease of 9% of attack speed). Higher rarity versions of this Artifact reduces the ability cooldown even further while the attack speed penalty remains unchanged. Etienne starts with the common variant of this Artifact.
This ability has synergy with Ability Stacking as its cooldown penalty is lower than the benefit of this Artifact, resulting in a net increase, allowing to stack the ability charges faster. The attack cooldown penalty can be compensated by another Artifact with an attack speed bonus or by using a Quickening boost. It is also important to note that ability cooldowns are capped to being 70% faster than normal.
