Instead of being able to attack, each time a [[Bloon (BCS)|Bloon]] is played on the player's side (including from the [[Storm (BCS)|Storm]]), it consumes 1 ammo to increase that Bloon's health by 25. When it runs out of ammo, it automatically removes itself at the end of the owner's [[turn]].
