Quincy Action Figure is a Support Monkey card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 2.0. It cannot attack, but gives Gold equal to current Economy if it is replaced by playing another Monkey on its space. Its effect does not trigger if it is removed from play by any other means.
The card artwork depicts multiple Quincy Action Figures inside their original packaging, displayed onto commercial shelves. All of the labels read "SALE!" in Monklish. In-game, a Quincy Action Figure has no packaging, and slowly spins around clockwise.
Interactions with other cards
- Jungle's Bounty Druid will heal the player if it replaces the Quincy Action Figure.
- Favored Trade removes the card, simply giving the player one gold without activating the Quincy Action Figure's unique effect.
- Shrink (which "replaces" it with a Baby Monkey) will not trigger Quincy Action Figure's On Replace effect. Also applies if the Quincy Action Figure is "replaced" through similar means, such as transforming into a Transformed Monkey (via Total Transformation Monkey).

- Quincy Action Figure is an investment that pays off after replacing it with other Monkeys.
- Avoid Favored Trade because only its purchase cost is taken into account.
- Buying and instantly replacing earns up to +8 net Gold.
- Quincy Action Figure opens up one-turn combos that require more than 20 Gold.
- For example, a Double Ceramic Bloon + double Quick Ready + Fortify costs 25 Gold and will OTK a player without shields, Defenders, or Adora's passive.
- If running Obyn Greenfoot, use his Wolf as a reliable free replacement.
- It also enables Triple Quick Ready without needing Amelia, though Amelia OTK combos may still benefit from Quincy Action Figure regardless.
- Barrel of Monkeys is very useful for filling up the board, then providing a cheap method of replacing the Quincy Action Figure due to its 4 charges.
